  • May 6, 2016. Kevin Chen has been named a Rutgers Chancellor's Scholar.
  • Apr 6, 2016. Cassandra Burdziak has successfully defended her undergraduate honors thesis and will move on to her PhD studies at Cornell

  • Sep 4, 2015. Our Spectacle-Tree paper with Kamalika Chaudhuri's group has been accepted to NIPS 2015.

  • Aug 11, 2015. Rutgers will have a rank-open faculty search in computational biology in 2015-2016 with a preference for an Assistant Professor. 
  • Jul 31, 2015. Spectacle annotations for all Roadmap Epigenomics Project samples are available on the Data and Software tab. There are two annotations available - one where Spectacle is trained on all samples together, and one where Spectacle is trained on each sample individually.
